What You’ll Do:
- Canvass neighborhoods affected by storm damage.
- Generate leads and set appointments door-to-door.
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided).
- Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration.
- Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process.
- Present solutions and close deals.
- Maintain professional communication from inspection to project completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong presentation and people skills.
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, D2D, or related industries).
- Reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred).
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections.
- Insurance claim knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn).
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Positive energy and leadership mindset.
