Integrity Exterior Solutions is hiring an experienced 1099 Window Installer for residential and light-commercial projects. We have consistent installs booked and are looking for a reliable pro who knows their craft.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years window installation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of replacement & new-construction installs.
  • Proper flashing, sealing, leveling, and finish work.
  • Ability to read basic measurements & specs.
  • Own tools & reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work solo or with a helper/crew.
  • Professional appearance & clean job sites.

Pay Structure:
  • Per-window or per-job pay.
  • Competitive rates based on experience & speed.
  • Fast payouts (no waiting weeks).
  • Steady volume - not seasonal one-offs.

Job Type:
  • Residential window replacements.
  • Light commercial installs.

Location: Lincoln, NE + surrounding areas (approx. 65-mile radius.
