Responsibilities:
- Order materials for upcoming jobs.
- Contact customers and keep them informed throughout the project.
- Schedule project start dates and coordinate crews.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Perform job site check-ins as needed.
- Collect final payments when projects are completed.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and communication.
- Work closely with sales staff and production teams.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
